How do I purchase Mrs Button’s chocolates?

You can buy chocolates in three ways:

  • On-line. Simply select the items you wish to purchase; checkout and they will be delivered to you.
    On-line orders incur a delivery charge, calculated at the checkout
  • Check our “events” page. Amanda attends a number of markets and craft fayres throughout
    Essex. Come along and say hi!
  • Directly from Amanda in Kelvedon, Essex (ONLY by prior arrangement).
Can I pick up the order?
Absolutely! At the checkout select the option for “collection”. Once your order is confirmed Amanda will contact you to arrange collection. You will also be given the option to pay in cash on collection but may be asked to pay a deposit towards the cost which will be fully refunded upon collection of the order.
How should I store my chocolate?
It isn’t necessary to keep your chocolate in the fridge, but it should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from direct heat. Ideally in a cupboard.
Are Mrs Button’s chocolates vegetarian?
All of our products are suitable for vegetarians. All products made using dairy/soya free chocolate are also suitable for vegans (this includes our marshmallows). See our ingredients, allergens/nutrition page for more information.

Do you deliver outside UK?
No, Mrs Button’s chocolates are only available within the UK.
How much is delivery?
The cost of delivery is based on the weight of items purchased. Postage options will be presented at checkout and range between £5.50 for Royal Mail and up to £11.50 for overnight courier. Some items have free delivery including the large bespoke hamper. These prices are subject to change.
How long do I have to wait for a delivery?

Amanda aims to get items posted within 3 working days, subject to stock availability. Once the order has been received and paid for Amanda will be in touch to arrange delivery. Delivery days are Tue to Fri. No deliveries will be made on weekends, Mondays or bank holidays. We do not accept liability for delays outside our control.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?
We really hope this doesn’t happen and we track every order sent.
