How do I purchase Mrs Button’s chocolates?
  • We do not take orders online. Please email Amanda with the product(s) you’d like or request a call back to discuss products you may like to purchase. We are able to post within the UK (P&P will be confirmed at time of purchase). We also offer a free local delivery/collection service.
  • We occasionally attend markets and craft fayres, these are detailed in the Events section on the website. You are welcome to place an order for collection.
  • We also have a limited range of products available to purchase at Edon cafe in Kelvedon.
How should I store my chocolate?

It isn’t necessary to keep your chocolate in the fridge, but it should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from direct heat. Ideally in a cupboard. Although if you prefer to keep your chocolate cold you can.

Are Mrs Button’s chocolates vegetarian?
All of our products are suitable for vegetarians. All products made using dairy/soya free chocolate are also suitable for vegans (this includes our marshmallows). See our ingredients, allergens/nutrition page for more information.
What are you doing to minimise single use plastics?

Almost all of our packaging is recyclable. We use biodegradable cellulose bags for chocolate bars and items such as Brazil nuts & candied orange slices. Our chocolate bars are wrapped in cardboard (not coated in plastic).

We use paper stickers and raffia ribbon. We use glass jars for the chocolate buttons and after dinner chocolates which can be re-used by you or taken to a glass recycling centre.

We make all products to order, we will endeavour to make the products within 3 working days. If your order is time dependent, please let us know at the time of placing the order and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Do you deliver outside UK?
No, Mrs Button’s chocolates are only available within the UK.
How much is delivery?

The cost of delivery is based on the weight of items purchased. Postage options will be presented at checkout and range between £5 for Royal Mail and up to £11.50 for overnight courier. These prices are subject to change.

How long do I have to wait for a delivery?

We make all products to order to ensure the best product quality. Amanda aims to get orders made within 3 working days, subject to stock availability.

Once the order has been processed you will receive confirmation. Delivery days are Tue to Fri. We use Royal Mail 48hr tracked service . No posted deliveries will be made on weekends, Mondays or bank holidays.

We do not accept liability for delays outside our control. We also reserve the right to delay posting your order if the temperature rises above 26oC.

No-one wants melted chocolates. Should we make the decision to do so we will contact with you and discuss when it is likely that we can send your order.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?
We let you know when your order is dispatched and track every order sent. We ask you to wait two weeks after dispatch before contacting us if you haven’t received your order. We will provide any relevant tracking information however, we do not accept liability for items not received.
I have put the wrong address in, can you change it?
You must contact Amanda immediately, however once items have been dispatched delivery address cannot be changed.
